Who is Nutrillermo?

Hello,

My name is Guillermo


Guillermo Rodriguez Navarrete was born in Malaga, Spain, on June 7, 1977.


He studied Pharmacy and Nutrition at the University of Granada, with stays in England, Ireland and Italy, until he received his doctorate cum laude at the end of the last decade under the tutelage of Dr. José Mataix Verdú, considered by the scientific community as Father of Modern Nutrition.


He is the author and editor of several books on different areas of Nutrition and Food, covering topics such as infant nutrition, olive oil or Mediterranean food, among others. All this means that today it is considered one of the Ibero-American benchmarks in Nutrition.

Currently...

He currently resides in Miami, where he continues to practice nutrition education as a collaborator on TV programs on Telemundo and Univisión, and very actively on social networks, where he gathers a community of hundreds of thousands of loyal followers.


Recently, he has been named a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition (FACN), one of the most important distinctions in the area of Nutrition, becoming the first Spanish in history to receive it.


He is also a member of the American Society for Nutrition, and of Doral Pro Health, a foundation that offers free health services to the uninsured in the state of Florida.
